Welcome to Partytime.ie.

Partytime.ie provides their goods and services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Partytime.ie you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

MAKING A PURCHASE

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our products and when you find the item(s) you wish to purchase just click to 'add' to basket. You can view your shopping cart at any point of the order. Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, you can proceed to the checkout.

Orders are subject to availability. If Partytime.ie cannot supply any product ordered, for any reason, you will be given a full refund for that item. Partytime.ie is not liable for any other losses, direct or indirect, as a result of any product not being available.

PAYMENT

Payment is made on-line via Realex Payments Services and your card will be debited at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Solo. Our customer services staff will be happy to take your calls between the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday-Friday. We reserve the right to take payment before orders are despatched.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

No credit or debit card or similar information is held by Partytime.ie. All transactions are conducted via Realex Payments Services. After the checkout you will be directed to the Realex Secure Servers to make your payment. At no time are credit card details held or stored or passed via the Partytime.ie server.

DELIVERY - IN IRELAND AND THE UK

Once your payment has been accepted your order will be despatched to the delivery address given. We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery. For larger orders please allow up to 7.

Please note, time for delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery.

DELIVERY - OUTSIDE IRELAND AND THE UK

We can send orders to virtually any address in the world. Deliveries outside the Ireland or the UK may incur additional postage charges. Please contact us at info@partytime.ie for further information and prices or speak to one of our customer services staff on 003531 2600476.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Partytime.ie are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRICING & VAT

All prices shown on the web-site are inclusive of relevent taxes at time of sale at the standard Irish rate, and shown in Euro. There will be an additional charge for delivery (see delivery information above). Price and availability information on the web-site is subject to change without notice. The prices you will be charged will be shown at the time of order.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Partytime.ie attempts to be as accurate as possible with its product descriptions. However, Partytime.ie does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Partytime.ie is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

RETURNS POLICY - CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

(a) Before goods have been shipped:
Should you wish to cancel an order or part of an order before it has been shipped, you should let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at info@partytime.ie. You will not be charged any penalty whatsoever and your payment method will also be cancelled. If the order has been shipped, please see below.

(b) After goods have been shipped:
All goods purchased from Partytime.ie may be returned for refund, exchange or replacement within 7 working days from receipt of goods.

Before sending goods back, please contact us for a Returns Number. You will be asked the reason for the return, whether you prefer a refund or exchange, and if the item has been used. In addition, you will need to confirm your name and order reference number, so please have these details to hand. Please quote the Returns Number when you send the parcel back to us.

Please take care of any goods whilst they are in your possession as any item for return must be received back in its original shipped condition and with the original packing. The item must be without damage or use and in a suitable condition for resale. We cannot accept returns for exchange or refund if the goods have been opened from a sealed package. All items will be inspected on their return to our warehouse.

You or your carrier will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. The cost of return will be at your expense and we recommend that you get a proof of posting or use Royal Mail's "Recorded Signed" service. You may like to use Royal Mail's "Special Delivery" service if returning goods of a high value.

We regret that original shipping/admin charges cannot be refunded. For exchanged items, you may be asked for a nominal fee as a contribution towards any additional postage or shipping costs, depending on which shipping method you require.

We try to make refunds within one week of receipt back to us though promise to make all refunds within 30 calendar days from receipt of goods to our warehouse. Please note that we will not be held liable for any interest payment that you may incur because any refund was made outside of your credit/debit card timescales.

Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of this Returns Policy will be defined as "In Dispute". Such In Dispute items will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason for this decision will be provided. We are happy to re-ship such In Dispute items back to you; otherwise they will be destroyed within 91 calendar days from their receipt back to us.

We are sorry but we are unable to replace or exchange an item until the original is returned to us. If you need an item in a hurry, we suggest you place a second order for the new item and send the original back at a later date.

RETURNS POLICY - FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

Should a product be faulty or damaged, you should let us know immediately as we will happily refund or exchange it for you. You should let us know via email at info@partytime.ie within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery or, where this was not apparent on reasonable inspection, within 7 calendar days after discovery or 30 calendar days after receipt by you, whichever is the earlier.

Before sending the parcel back to us, please contact us for a Returns Number. You will be asked for the reason for the return, whether you prefer a refund or exchange, and if the item has been used. In addition, you will need to confirm your name and order reference number, so please have these details to hand. Please quote the Returns Number when you send the parcel back to us.

COMPLAINTS POLICY

Partytime.ie endeavours to provide its customers with the best possible service. If you should have any cause for complaint we would like to hear from you. We are interested to receive your comments and suggestions and will aim to respond within three working days to any communication we receive. Please email us at info@partytime.ie

YOUR ACCOUNT

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Partytime.ie does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use Partytime.ie only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Partytime.ie reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

PRIVACY POLICY

Partytime.ie is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data protection Act 1998). Your account password is encrypted and nobody at Partytime.ie has access to this information. When you visit Partytime.ie or send emails to us you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. All information collected about you will only be used to process your order and to enable us to provide the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. In any dispute with Partytime.ie regarding these Conditions of Use or the supply of products to the buyer, the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
